"content": "As you know, I am a medical doctor and health is so close to my heart. We had started a number of dispensaries. Some were even completed but the there is a bit of bad blood between counties and the national Government. We have asked our county of Kakamega to start running them, bring us drugs, a nurse, clinical officers and let us open these dispensaries but up to now they have not done that. Since you might ask me to substantiate, I will mention two or three in my constituency."
