"content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move that Clause 7(3) (a) be amended by deleting all the words after the words âis a state officerâ - âother than a member of the commission or the holder of an independent office to which Chapter 15 of the Constitution appliesâ. The reason being that a âstate officerâ already defines all those people and to insert âother than a member of the Commissionâ may create a window for conflict of interest that is unnecessary."
