Kilonzo and Namwamba have said, my mind is telling me that this Commission is going to outlive the next General Election and after the next General Election, new officers will start coming in. For example, there will be officers under the County Assemblies and so if you had just talked about Members of Parliament, you would have focused on the Senators and Members of Parliament. But now, when you open it up the way the Minister has said, you now lock out other state officers like the County Assembly representatives and I, therefore, support."
