I propose to move:- THAT clause 6 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub-paragraph immediately after paragraph (f) – (g) enter premises to secure the supply of water, access a disaster area or for any other purpose related to disaster prevention or response. The amendments were circulated to the Senators."
