    "content": "THAT Clause 37 of the Bill be deleted and substituted therefor with the following new clause — 37. (1) A Person who, immediately before the commencement of this Act, was an employee of the National Disaster Operations Centre or the National Disaster Management Unit shall on the commencement of this Act be deemed to be seconded to the Authority to serve for a period of not more than one year. (2) Despite subsection (1), a person who was an employee of the National Disaster Operations Centre or the National Disaster Management Unit immediately before the commencement of this Act shall be given an option to either – (a) return to the institution that seconded that person to the National Disaster Operations Centre or the National Disaster Management Unit; or (b) apply for employment to the Authority."
