    "content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, I want to thank you for this opportunity to speak on matters of the youth. The issues of the youth in this country need to be looked at from a different perspective. While I support this Motion, I still feel very strongly that we do not have a holistic approach to youth unemployment in this country. Sometimes I think our economists in this country have not taken time to study the problem. The youth can be divided into a few categories. One, we have youths who are supposed to be in school and are not in school. They add up to the unemployment rate. They are not in school because they are unable to pay fees and transit to the next level."
