    "content": " I am winding up. The fishing industry in this country, especially at the Coast, can put over 100,000 youth in employment in a year. But if we are looking for shortcuts and political solutions to the youth problem, then we will end up talking about the same thing year in, year out. I think the Government needs to have a marshal plan for youth employment and job creation. I thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
