    "content": "urban areas. Therefore, most of them tend to go across borders looking for opportunity in the most difficult circumstances. The issue or radicalisation and insecurity in northern Kenya are attributed heavily to lack of opportunities for the youth. The Government must, therefore, come up with strategic ways of supporting the youth in terms of placing them in middle level colleges that can equip them with service or technical knowhow so that they can support their lives. The retirement age was increased to 60. I believe that was not the right thing to do because at the age of 60, productivity level is in question. Therefore, the youth are never able to access positions in the Government. The Government must relook at that policy in order to create room for the youth to lead in Government positions.
