I do not know how we are going to get the approved schools when teachers are not there to help them change their character. Some of those young people are extremely dangerous. They simply need to be taken to prison for a year or two to learn something. In any case, prison or jail is always a very good thing. People learn skills from there. They come out as carpenters and trained in various areas."
