    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the way I brought it out, I was not accusing the Governor of Uasin Gishu. I am saying there should be a way of addressing the issue of street children in all the cities in the country. They should be rehabilitated taken to borstal institutions and approved schools so that they can become good citizens of this country. With those few remarks, I beg to support this Motion.
