Our children who are under eight years of age and are juvenile should not be incarcerated, remanded and imprisoned together with adults. We are not forgetting the fact that any offender has to account for their offences. Children under 18 years of age should be handled separately from adults. In 2016, I moved a Motion in this House to introduce chaplains in all secondary schools, and we passed it.
