    "content": "building, they had not been given the title deed. Later, after a few years they realized that they had built on another parcel of land that was not theirs. The school had been allocated a neighbouring piece land. Now there is a problem of moving the school from where it is to where it is supposed to be. That is one of the things that the Government needs to sort out. If there is a portion of land belonging to someone else where a school has been built, it should be given to the person who owns the land that the school is currently occupying instead of creating bottlenecks. I support this and we must have a good policy in place. Thank you."
