    "content": "However, we all know that land is one of the many factors of production. The reason this workshop was discussing land and poverty matters is because land can contribute to poverty or reduction of poverty. However, listening to the Report, maybe, what would have helped us is to see which gaps exist in terms of the way we manage our land. Listening to the Report, you realise that the way we manage our land in terms of land administration, we are on the right track. If it is digitisation, we are already implementing it. If it is a matter of improving the way we do our things and ensuring that the poor access land, we are also trying. However, I have about three important issues which I want to raise."
