    "content": "To me, the issue is the implementation of our policies and strategies. Kenya is one of the countries with very well documented policies and strategies, but we have a challenge when it comes to implementation. Even as we go out there to interact with our colleagues from other countries, one of the things we should look for is how other countries fast-track the implementation of important policies and strategies. That would have been addressed very well in the Report. But as we move forward, these are some of the issues we would be looking into. The whole idea of land and poverty being the title of the conference is very important."
