    "content": "In this country, land has become very expensive. In fact, many investors are running away because of the cost of land and absentee landlords. There are huge chunks of land which are not used for productive purposes. I think we should put a policy in place that if you have land in a city which lies fallow for purposes of speculation, then the Government should compulsorily acquire it. So, they can go into production and it can help in Public Private Partnership (PPP) for purposes of reduction of poverty. These are some of the issues we wanted to hear."
