"content": "On the issue of miners, you just need to look at the nitty gritty in the Mining Act which was passed by this House and you will be happy to note that the small miners were very well catered for as you suggested, Hon. Nyoro. Of course, many Members should be asking: With all these you are noting as being in this Report... You said that the “House notes”. So what do you do after you have noted? What will you do with the Report after you have noted it? I hope Hon. Mwashetani that, even after the House notes it, your Committee will take it up and try to see what is in the Report that can even be developed into legislation or what can be given, in a better way, to the Ministry. Let us have the Member for Mandera North. That is where he was. Obviously, he does not look like that one. The next one is the Member for Emuhaya."
