    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 12 be amended in Subclause 12 (1) by adding the words “in consultation with the Prime Minister” after the words “the President” and before the words “Shall nominate a member for approval by the National Assembly”. In Subclause 12 (2) by adding the words “in consultation with the Prime Minister” after the words “The President” and before the words “may select a nominee from a list provided”."
