    "content": " Hon. Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting clause 52. Clause 52 was providing the phasing out of contribution by members of staff who were previously working for the national Government and were transferred to the county government. Therefore, it was phasing out to give them some advantage. We found that this was discriminatory and we are proposing to delete it so that everyone contributes in the same manner regardless of whether you were transferred from the national Government, you were newly employed or you were in the county council."
