    "content": " We are making a further amendment. Hon. Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended in Clause 53 by inserting the following sub-section immediately after subsection (2)- (3) The LAPTRUST (Umbrella) Retirement Fund Trust Deed and Rules registered under the Retirement Benefits Authority Act are revoked. The amendment proposes to repeal the Local Authorities Provident Fund (LAPFUND) and revoke the Local Authorities Pension Trust (LAPTRUST), which was a different fund. We are now adding this one.
