    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I wish to oppose the proposed amendment. The reasons are simple and I have shared them with the wonderful Committee and the Chair. If you look at the way we have designed Clause 13 in the Bill, you will realise that we say that a person is disqualified from being elected or holding any elective office under the Constitution at any time within the five years immediately preceding the date of election if the person has served as a chairperson or member of the Commission."
