    "content": "THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting section 2 and substituting therefor the following new paragraph- (1) The quorum of a meeting of the Board shall be five trustees present and voting provided that at least two trustees appointed under section 6(b), (c), (d), (e) or (f) and at least two trustees appointed under section 6 (g)are present. (2) For special meetings, the quorum shall be six trustees present and voting provided that at least two trustees appointed under Section 6(b), (c), (d), (e) or (f) and at least two trustees appointed under Section 6(g) are present.
