    "content": "(2) The Secretary shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Commission and the Head of the Secretariat and shall be responsible to the Commission for- (a) the day to day administration and management of the affairs of the Commission; (b) the co-ordination of the studies, research and evaluations of the Commission; (c) the recording of the proceedings of the Commission; (d) the custody of all records and documents of the Commission; and (e) the performance of such other duties as may be assigned by the Commission from time to time."
