    "content": " Hon. Chairman, I am wondering about the Local Authorities Pension Trust (Defined Benefits) whether it still exists. As far as I am concerned the defined benefits had been done away with in 2010. They were closed literally. They are winding up. So, in law they were closed. It does not exist. They were done away with through a circular. We are trying to glorify a non-existent scheme which should have been left out."
