    "content": "In the definitions, I do not know whether the Chair of the Committee will agree with me. Now, “Under eligible employee” on Page 175 it means an employee of a County Public Service. That second word “employee” between “service’ and “employee” is redundant. He can remove that and then it will read properly. But I support this."
