    "content": "Thank you very much Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to congratulate Sen. Ochillo George Mbogo Ayacko in his swearing in as the Senator for Migori County. I met him when he was appointed to serve in the First National Council for Persons with Disabilities Board in 2004 when I was only 22 years old. I am very privileged that finally we will serve together. His election to Senate has fulfilled the wish of the people of Migori County. He will not only serve them as a Senator, but as a future governor. I congratulate him."
