"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to welcome our brother, Sen. Ayacko, who is a seasoned politician. Truly, he is the right candidate for this House. His immense experience will definitely contribute to the challenges that face this country through his contributions in this House and in other fora that he will take part in. It is also true that the people of Migori needed a steady man like Sen. Ayacko, to steer them into the future. I feel Sen. Ayacko has just come at the right time and we look forward to his contributions through the dynamics that are developing in this country and the momentum being generated. He is a team builder and definitely the “handshake” served him well."
