    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there used to be the shamba system in this country which was working successfully. People used to go and cultivate in the forests and take care of the trees. The whole thing worked very well until sometimes back between 1988 to the 1990s, when they were all removed from the forests because of political gimmicks. The people of Marmanet are a good example of all the people who were removed from forests through political gimmicks and most of them live miserably. It is time this House came up with a methodology to make it mandatory for those people to be settled. They are citizens of this land who have contributed tremendously to afforestation. We have witnessed how our forests have depleted because people who take care of them are cruelly moved out of the forest and left to suffer. Therefore----."
