    "content": "However, the world is moving very quickly. Canada was the first country to try and have paper money that has got these features. Australia, the European Union and the United Kingdom are moving fast with this. Kenya, especially Nairobi, being what it is, should be among the first, particularly in Africa, to have money with distinguishing features. Right now, there is technology that is available, including mobile applications which can be used to identify bank notes. Thank you, Sen. Mwaura, for bringing this Petition and the Petitioners should be commended. This is the time to do it when we are printing new versions of our paper money."
