    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I wish to congratulate and thank Sen. Mwaura for this. I know that he is a champion of Persons with Disabilities (PWD’s). Looking at what the Petition is all about, it is discrimination against people living with disabilities which is provided in Section 23 of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 2003. As Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. has said, discrimination is not only in the currency. Today, if you get into a matatu, PWD’s cannot access it, and the Act is very clear. It is important and it is high time the Government implemented the Persons with Disability Act."
