    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I fully support the provisions of Clause 12(e)(1) and (f) on rehabilitation. It should be used so that our youths are also given a second chance. We, as Christians, normally say that our God is a God of second chances. If one does one mistake, he should be forgiven and given a second chance to become a useful member of the society. This Bill wants to give our youths who have been radicalised a second chance to become useful members of our society."
