"content": "Initiative, they told us they have call centers or control rooms where one can call and report whatever is happening. Perhaps, that is an aspect that we need to include in this Bill. They gave us a number, 22068--- They told us one can call this number when there is trouble anywhere. Where does it come in, in this Bill? Can we have these emergency Nos.911, 999 and then those additional ones of that control room so that when there is trouble anywhere, when a child is missing or you notice there is some terrorist activity happening, you can report it very fast? We should borrow a few of these ideas from that Nyumba Kumi Initiative and other security initiatives to ensure that this Bill tightens up what we really want, especially on how to immediately rescue a child that is involved or how to immediately stop a child that is about to be involved in terrorist activities.
