    "content": "From the Members’ contribution, you could clearly see that this is a problem which affects every part of our nation. When Sen. Faki seconded the amendment Bill, he narrated the problem and challenges that they have gone through in his County. He also talked about the dilemma that the young people go through everyday, especially the disappearance of young people and the pain that parents go through. As the debate went on, the Members brought out passionately the issues that have been affecting us, as a nation, and the need for this amendment."
