    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, as Kenyans, we know that we have created a huge gap between ourselves as parents and our children. We have left the responsibility of discipline and other things to teachers. The teachers have also left it to us because we have put measures in place that they should not discipline our children. In between, our boys and girls suffer. They influence each other and by the time they get to the age of 14 or 15, they are already radicalized and we are unable to bring them back to the society."
