    "content": "I would like to say on record that I believe strongly that we have achieved equality between boys and girls. We are now beginning to exceed the opportunities in education for the girl-child in Nambale. I believe that they should be balanced in life. We have put in place several measures that have increased enrolment of the girls in high school. That is why we have the Petition. We should think about the opportunities for the girl-child through the cycle of life but not just at the young age. We should remove the deficit in opportunity in education. They should get equal opportunity as people. They should no longer need special consideration because we shall take it as a normal thing. So, this is a good start. I support it strongly and urge the House to support the Petition."
