    "content": " Hon. Speaker, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No. 44(2)(a), I rise to give a Statement on behalf of the House Business Committee (HBC). The Committee met on Tuesday this week at the rise of the House to give priority to business that will be considered. Next Tuesday, the HBC has scheduled two Reports for consideration by the House: The Annual World Bank Conference Report on Land and Poverty and the Report of the Special Funds Accounts Committee on the Audited Financial Statements for the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) for the constituencies in Nairobi County. On the same day, we will consider, in the Committee of the whole House, the County Governments Retirement Scheme Bill (National Assembly Bill No.10 of 2018) and the Second The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
