    "content": "Hon. Speaker, your direction to the Committee on Implementation was very basic. It was that we receive submissions from Kenafric Industries Limited but we do not open a fresh inquiry. We did exactly that but to confirm the issues that were raised by Kenafric Industries Limited, in our own wisdom, we invited the KSD and the Ministry of Agriculture. When they appeared before us, the KSD clearly told us that they were unable to provide any evidence to implicate Kenafric Industries Limited. The same was said by the Ministry of Agriculture, who appeared before us."
