    "content": "Hon. Speaker, in the Report that was adopted by this House, there was no supporting evidence apart from the minutes where KSB appeared and implicated Kenafric Industries Limited. We also found out that there are two levels of inspections that are done before an import licence is granted. One is done by the KSD while the other one is done by a Council of Ministers of East Africa, which was done. In these two reports, there is no evidence that this company was involved in illicit importation of sugar and repackaging of the same."
