    "content": "Listening to what the Seconder, Hon. Osotsi, is saying he is even questioning how the Report was written. According to many other Members and I included, it is like the Select Committee on Implementation is overstepping its role by becoming a supervisor of Committees. Reports are written by clerks attached to various committees and counter-checked by Hon. Members. So, is Hon. Osotsi who is seconding in order to claim that many Committee Reports are written wrongly? I request him to withdraw that statement."
