Personally, as a Member of this House and knowing that a report of any Committee once adopted becomes the property of this House, I think two wrongs do not make a right. It may be true that Kenafric Industries Limited was not asked to meet the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock, but in the Report of the Committee on Implementation they did not give the Committee opportunity to defend itself."
