Before Barrack Muluka goes to political parties’ tribunal to run the legislature, he must first win a seat as a Member of County Assembly (MCA) in Butere. I am not seeing the Member for Butere, Hon. Tindi Mwale. The purported Secretary General of ANC must realise that in the legislature where there is minority and majority, there is also what we call parliamentary parties."
