    "content": "(1) Until Parliament enacts the law contemplated vetting or under Article 250 (2)(a),(3) and (4) of the Constitution, approving the criteria specified in the Schedule shall be used by appointments. Parliament or any of its committees for the purposes of vetting or approving appointments to public office under the Constitution or any other written law."
