    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. On behalf of the people of Teso North, I condole with the families that lost loved ones. I wish to just emphasise two things that I feel need to be done. One area of major concern is the enforcement and implementation of traffic rules. We have a fairly elaborate Traffic Act 2003. Some of the rules in the Act have not been implemented. I just want to cite one example in Section 30(6) which provides that drivers of public service vehicles are required to be re-tested every three years."
