    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, pursuant to Standing Order 48(1), I rise to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations on the boundary dispute between Garissa and Isiolo counties that has led to breach of security within Isiolo County. In the Statement the Committee should- (1) The circumstances under which one Mr. Ali Guyo Roba was abducted and found dead yesterday. (2) State the mechanisms put in place to resolve the outstanding boundary dispute between Garissa and Isiolo counties. (3) Explain what is being done to enhance security in the area, specifically in Duse, Belgesh and Eldera areas within Isiolo County.
