The County Statutory Instruments Bill (senate Bills No.21 of 2018) 12. The Petition of the County Assemblies Procedure Bill (Senate Bills No.22 of 2018). 13. The Treaty Making and Ratification (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bills No.23 of 2018) 14. The Statutory Instruments (Amendment) Bill (Senate Bills No.24 of 2018) Hon. Senators, I urge the respective Standing Committees to hasten consideration and public participation in the above Bills and file reports to enrich debate at Second Reading. There are a number of Bills that are due for Committee of the Whole. I urge sponsors of the Bills and the respective Movers of the amendments to avail themselves to enable the House to effectively navigate the Committee of the Whole. In conclusion, there will be a breakfast meeting on Tuesday, 16th October, 2018 at 7.30 a.m. in Parliament Building. I invite all Senators to attend this important meeting that will converse emerging issues regarding the Petroleum Bill (National Assembly Bills No.48 of 2017) and The Local Content Bill (Senate Bills No.10 of 2018.)
