"content": "Having said that, when you look at my letter, she has not gotten away with nothing; she has been appointed to a committee, in consultation with the Speaker, so that she has some position of responsibility within the House. This is not just for our Coalition, but for the entire House. I hope that she continues to work hard. I congratulate Sen. Kwamboka for rising to this new position. In conclusion, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the positions we are having are not necessarily the most important things. We have served in various capacities, but I have never been a leader in any of the Houses after these many years. It is at the tail end of my service to Parliament that I have risen to the position of Minority Leader; not even a Majority Leader, which may come!"
