Last week when this issue was canvassed very strongly, the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade made it clear that they were already working on this issue and that they will bring a report to this House. If they feel that they have completed their work and that it is not necessary for the Select Committee because even as hon. Members, we do not want to reproduce work that has already been done, could they table the report they promised to table to this House by this week?"
