    "content": "they have funds and ensuring that member states are aware of the policies that are being discussed by the Pan-African Parliament. That is by ensuring that among promoting self- reliance in terms of economic recovery they also ensure that there is peace and security in Africa. One of the things that should be supported is that all the countries in Africa should sign that protocol and also encourage other member states, especially a country like Somalia, where there is no peace and stability to do the same. One of the aims of this Pan-African Parliament should be geared towards assisting countries that are not stable politically. I am sure that we can have a united Africa. We are one of the richest continents. Countries such as DRC and those in Central Africa have minerals, but we are rated poorest. There should be a policy to ensure that we grow economically."
