    "content": "congratulate those who come from Kenya and have been elected in Pan-African Parliament. We want to tell them that: You are our watchdog; you must make sure that you always put our country first. In the EAC bloc, we have the East African Council for Persons with Disabilities. I also believe in Pan-African Parliament we should have slots that are set aside for PWDs, because according to the UN Convention on the Rights of PWDs, ‘nothing about us without us’. If there are policies being enacted in the Pan-African Parliament, then the issue of PWDs should be reflected. Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. I support this Report."
