    "content": "The other important proposal is that of having one language. We ought to look at one common language. We have Kiswahili in East Africa. It is a language that can be easily promoted across East Africa. It should be the same thing, whatever language that is proposed in South Africa. That way we can all share many things across the continent. It is the way to begin. The reason why Europe is ahead of us is because of the common language they have. With a common language we are likely to achieve a number of things."
