    "content": "(1) The Environmental Management and Coordination Act (Air Quality) Regulations, 2014, which state that the objective of the regulations is to provide for prevention, control and abatement of air pollution to ensure clean, health and ambient air. It provides for the establishment of the mission standard for various sources such as mobile sources, for example motor vehicles and stationary sources like the industries, which are the subject matter of this case as outlined in the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, 1999. It also covers any other air pollution source as may be determined by the Cabinet Secretary in consultation with NEMA. Emission limits for various areas and facilities have also been set by the regulations. The regulations also provide the procedures for designating a controlled area and objectives of air quality management plans for the area."
